Starfinder will expedite the enrollment of Philadelphia urban participants in two additional programs that are already established and self-funded:

Starfinder Academy Participants are those students who demonstrate superior soccer promise. Players meet for one session per week during the school year at Philadelphia suburban training centers. Every session concludes with a "Character Champions " lesson.
